На расширенном заседании Коллегии НКАУ рассмотрены важные вопросы перспектив развития космической деятельности

The extended Collegium session dedicated to consideration of results and perspectives for space activities development was held at the National Space Agency of Ukraine on November 24th.

1. The role of space industry in development of Ukrainian economic and society, mission and structure of NSAU.

2. The results of space industry enterprises and organizations activities for 9 months of 2009 and tasks for 2010 on space industry management organization.

3. Draft Concept for Ukrainian state policy implementation in the field of space activities for the period till 2030.

The heads of leading space industry enterprises, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Defense and Public Council of NSAU were invitees of the session.

NSAU Director General Mr. Zinchenko, Deputy Director General Mr. Kryvenko and Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Khartron” Mr. Vakhno came out with reports on agenda of the meeting.

NSAU Director General, Mr. Oleksandr Zinchenko in his report addressed a special attention on the major results of NSAU activities, role and place of space industry in development of the country, tasks of the space industry, and top-priority measures for its reforming and strategies for its further development.

V. M. Kryvenko resumed the results of work of the enterprises and institutions of the space industry for 9 months of 2009 and outlined the tasks for 2010 on management job of the space industry that belong to the administration field of NSAU according to the new demands of further development.

Core of the Concept for implementation of the national policy of Ukraine in the field of space activities for the period till 2030 and its fundamentals were characterized by the head of a leading space industry enterprise – Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Khartron” – Mr. M.I. Vakhno. He underlined that core of the Concept is in solution of the major and systematic issue, which is in a great disproportion between the level of present space industry potential and its real influence on solution of the national and public tasks.
