The Fourth Scientific Readings “Dniprovska Orbita – 2009” (www.dneprorbita.org.ua) came to the end at the National Center of Youth Aerospace Education” in Dnipropetrovs’k, which were taking place from the 10th to 12th of September, 2009. The scientist and specialists of enterprises and organizations and the aerospace industry of Ukraine and Russia, lectors and scientists of the leading academies of Ukraine were invited to take part in these Scientific Readings. During the Readings 29 scientific reports were heard. The reports were presented by the participants from Dnipropetrovs’k, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kharkov, Poltava, Donets’k, Sympheropil, Moscow, Kaluga and Astrakhan. More than 50 participants and guests of Scientific Readings took part in the reports’ discussion.
In the framework of the Readings the Seminar “University Satellites – Trends and Reality” (www.unaec.dp.ua) was held. During this Seminar the number of question was discussed concerning the participation of the creative youth in space researches and the following development of the university youth satellite.
