On October 26, 2009 in course of the visit to Ukraine paid by the Chinese Government delegation headed by Vice-Prime-Minister of the State Council of China, the Agreement on extension of cooperation in the field of optic-electronic infrared systems between Ukraine and China has been signed.
On behalf of Ukraine the Agreement has been signed by NSAU Director General, Mr. Oleksandr Zinchenko, Director-Designer General of “Arsenal” PE, Mr. Mykola Lykholit, Director of “Ukrinmash” PE, Mr. D. Peregudov, and on behalf of China – Director General of Chinese Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Mr. Su Dazhche, President of ²ÅÊ TOCHMA - Zi Yanshu, Vice-President of ²ÅÊ TOCHMA - Zhao Xiao Lun.
Underlining an effectiveness of cooperation and taking into consideration the mutual interest in prolongation of mutually beneficial collaboration, the Parties expressed their assurance that Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation will be fruitfully developing considering the space interests of both countries.
