President Victor Yushchenko met with the Director General of National Space Agency Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Sides have discussed current situation in the space industry of Ukraine, the implementation of state policy in the field and international cooperation in space industry.

Beside that sides dedicated attention to social status of servicemen and professionals working in the national space infrastructure. The President stressed that the state should contribute to solving the problems of welfare of the people, especially housing problems.
