According to one of decisions of NSAU, Roskosmos, RAN and National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine representatives joint meeting that was held on September, 1, 2009 in the National Space Facilities Control and Test Center in Evpatoria, parts had made and agreement to study the possibility of carrying out the experiment with satellite device SIDRA as a part of promising Russian scientific project “Interhelioprobe/PEP”. The compact device of new generation is made for measurement of ionized radiation absorbed dose, energy particles fluxes in outer space and for study of single event effect phenomenon during functioning of electronics exposed by radiation. Manufacturing of this device is an example of productive cooperation between the Ukrainian and European developers of scientific space equipment, namely between the scientists from Kharkiv National University named V.N. Karazin of the Ukraine Ministry of Education and Science, and scientists from Polytechnic department of Alcala University, Spain.

During the framework of the 9-th Ukrainian conference on Space Research in Evpatoria the Ukrainian scientists have made 2 reports about the stage of development of SIDRA device, its first testing results, the results of mechanical units’ realizations and the device main technical parameters.
Simultaneously the Spanish partners in the device development had presented it at "Reconf³gurable Comput³ng and Appl³cat³ons Conference" (http://jcraconf.org/JCRA2009/index_en.php) that was held in Alcala, Spain. Joint team of authors has represented signals processing logic and control unit of SIDRA device.
Besides, SIDRA device abilities were also represented in NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center at the conference "M³l³tary and Aerospace Programmable Log³c Dev³ces (MAPLD) for 2009" (http://nepp.nasa.gov/mapld_2009). Joint Spanish-Ukrainian team of authors has represented the report about the ability of removable external circuit-board to study radiation resistance of the newest reconfigurable computing during the flight tests on any flying vehicle.
